This pen is handcrafted from Walnut hardwood and finished with an 11 point finishing process that gives the pen a beautiful lustre and durability.

Walnut is a very attractive wood, which is hard, dense, tight-grained and polishes to a very smooth finish. The colour ranges from creamy white in the sapwood to a dark chocolate colour in the heartwood. Because of its colour, hardness and grain, it is a prized furniture, carving and woodturning wood.

The image shown is the actual pen in Walnut wood that you will receive, every item I produce is unique.

This means that you will own a lovely writing instrument that cannot be duplicated.

This hand made wooden twist pen has been made by me on my lathe. Wood-turning is my hobby and is done in my spare time.

I carefully select each piece of wood, that is supplied from a sustainable source.

Ink cartridge is a Cross type pen cartridge. Replacements can be easily found at high street stationers or online retailers. To replace the refill, gently pull the 2 parts of the pen apart and expose the refill, which unscrews.
